Thursday PM, at anchor- The Gold Coast Seaway vic [North] of Karragarra Island
We departed the Yamba Boatharbour marina at 1500 in the afternoon after bidding a fond goodby to the fine staff there and to Alex's good newfound friends.
Wednesday, 10 May-Yamba on the Clarence River
We'll shove off from Yamba at high tide this afternoon, crossing the river bar and heading out into the Coral Sea, then up north to Brisbane. It's about a 110 nm run up the coast, so we'll do an overnight trip, planning to arrive at the crossing bar into the Gold Coast Seaway vic Southport about an hour or so past daybreak.
After working our way throught the Roatan anchorages from east to west, we ended up in Brick Bay Marina, the old CSY charter boat headquarters. They give a good price break for a month, so we'll probably stay that long.
Saturday Morning, 1 April 2000, Cotton Tree Bay, Australia [April Fools Day down under] - as sailing yacht Moonshadow slowly works its way north along Australia's east coast.
